Ann Freeman, PT, Owner
Ann, a Cleveland State University graduate, founded Circleville Physical Therapy in 1988 and has a special interest in orthopedics and foot/ankle biomechanics. She’s married to Michael Freeman, DDS, has three children and three grandchildren, and enjoys outdoor activities, animals, and time with loved ones.

Kathy Anderson, PT
Kathy has worked at Circleville Physical Therapy since 2010. She is a licensed physical therapist and athletic trainer, specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her husband Nathan and their two children, Aleha and Alyssa.

Brian Pierce, PT
Brian Pierce graduated from The Ohio State University in 2001 and has been a physical therapist at Circleville Physical Therapy for 23 years. He is married with two teenage daughters and has a strong passion for Ohio State football.

Jada Truex, PT
Jada is a lifelong Circleville resident who has worked at CPT for over 20 years, splitting her time between the clinic, local schools, and Early Intervention in Pickaway County. Outside of work, she coaches varsity volleyball and softball at Circleville High School and enjoys crafting cards, growing dandelions, fresh cantaloupe, and long walks on the beach.

Marc Grossnickle, PTA
Marc graduated from Bradford School in Columbus in 2015. He has been with CPT since then, currently serving as a clinician in local schools. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Marc enjoys spending his free time hiking, camping, and kayaking with his wife and daughter.

Courtney Blankenship, PTA
Courtney earned her Associate of Applied Science degree from Hocking College in 2013 and has been with Circleville Physical Therapy since November of that year. She brings experience in home health, aquatic, and outpatient physical therapy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and toddler.

Carly King, PTA
Carly graduated from Shawnee State University in 2024 with an Associate Degree in Applied Sciences through the Physical Therapy Assistant program. She joined CPT in October 2024 and primarily works with pediatrics in the local schools.

Julie Boldozer, PTA
Julie earned her degree from Sinclair Community College as a PTA in 1991. She has experience working in schools, home health, and pool therapy. She is married and has two daughters and a son.

Amanda Collins
Amanda is the office manager at CPT and has been a valued member of the team for 17 years. A graduate of Teays Valley High School, she is a proud mother to a wonderful son and Nana to two cherished grandchildren.

Darlene Foreman
Darlene was born and raised in Columbus and is a graduate of South High School. She and her husband settled in Ashville in 1990. A devoted wife, mother of three, and Nana to four, she joined CPT in 2007 and loves her role as a Patient Representative, calling it a true blessing.

Kat McCormick
Kat has been part of the CPT front desk team for six years, working part-time. Outside of work, she enjoys running and staying active through regular exercise.
